Paulie’s was started as a “ghost kitchen” concept during the turbulent year of 2020. After finding our restaurant industry in uncharted territory, and unable to host as many guests inside, we decided to bring a new kind of ‘in-house’ dining experience to you at home. The seasonal menu features family-style dishes with fresh, homemade pasta.

Paulie is currently on a hiatus.
